Stinky tofu ( 臭豆腐) is a Chinese form of fermented tofu that has a strong ''smelly'' odor. It is usually sold at night markets or roadside stands as a snack, or in lunch bars as a side dish, rather than in restaurants.
They too can be easily found in Malaysia's night markets or pasar malams.
Our hosts have travelled to Cheras's well-known Taman Connaught Pasar Malam in search of their famed stinky tofu, here are some of the highlights!

The tofu has been fried beforehand and drenched in savoury broth, allowing it to soak up all the goodness of ingredients.. can you imagine the firework of flavours when you eat it?
2. Salted Egg Yolk snacks
Salted egg yolk dishes has taken Malaysia by storm ever since it's introduction.
Although they originally began their legacy by being served in restaurants, it's no surprise as you can find them at pasar malams now, especially when they've conquered everyone's hearts!
