Steamed and cooked in flavourful broth infused with the rich essence of the sea, Siong Tong Gai is a must visit for any seafoodie out there!
With it's newest branch opening in EkoCheras mall, we went for their free tasting session and tried out various delectable dishes.
1. Arriving for free food tasting!
Heehee, look at our lovely hosts and the restaurant owner! We went to their free food tasting event to taste how scrumptious their dishes were.
A total of five dishes were served, the owner is indeed generous in terms of amount and variety! Just look at the table!
2. Restaurant Speciality!
Here's a close-up on the restaurant speciality, the Seafood Pot! You can already see the huge variety of seafood bubbling in the broth, ranging from shrimp, fish, lala(clams) and sotong (squid).. just imagine how wholesome the flavours would be when you try it out. My hands are already itching to scoop a spoonful of the broth and allowing the flavours to burst in my mouth.
